Terms of Use

The terms that cover using Bakko. They are deliberately short and written to be read rather than skimmed past, and they are agreed to at the point an account is created rather than buried in a footer line.

Twelve sections cover who we are, the minimum age, playing without an account, your name and recovery code, arcade tickets and cosmetics, fair play, what belongs to whom, warranty, liability, ending it, changes and governing law.

Three of them are load-bearing. Arcade tickets have no cash value: they are not a currency, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and exist only to buy cosmetics. The minimum age to use Bakko is thirteen. Governing law is the Netherlands.
